About the Designer...
Jennifer Eisen, (a.k.a. Liat) began her forage into handmade gemstone jewelry design three years ago when she desperately needed the perfect piece for an upcoming formal event. Liat Fine Jewelry was born.
With a background in interior design, mosaic art and stained glass, Jennifer's artistic creations have been featured in numerous publications and her design consulting talents have been sought by the fashion and beauty world. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Jennifer has now brought her unique creativity to the world of handmade jewelry design.
Jennifer finds her inspiraton everywhere, but mostly from the beauty of the materials themselves. The gemstones she works with guide her sense of design and vision.
"I don't believe that fabulous handmade jewelry has to break the bank. I want women to feel beautiful when they try my pieces on and I want them to not think twice about treating themselves. I try not to get to attached to any piece I've made because nothing brings me more satisfaction than seeing the joy that my work brings to others. The feedback I get from my customers means the world to me and it in turn fuels my creativity."
Jennifer makes her home in Toronto where she lives with her husband, their two children and her beloved cat Fig.
